The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-prepared, although the balcony room was more comfortable than our original one. The dining experience in the basement restaurant was fantastic with a variety of freshly made dishes. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful time at Essence Hanoi for 3 nights. The hotel boasts beautifully decorated rooms that are clean, comfortable, and feel brand new. The location is excellent, being close to all the sites and the Old City, with large and comfortable rooms.
